What a brilliant idea and project. While the thought of the whole walk would be too much for me, I must say that the prospect of 11 + miles with my mum is particularly frightening (only joking mum – I know you will read this). Well done on completing today!!
Look forward to reading more updates as it progresses – Richard, Helen & Benjamin
What stars you both are! So much planning and driving, John, and SO much walking, Les, with not so much as a grumble! Thoroughly enjoyed joining you in Cheshire yesterday and hope the Wirral Way walk went well today.

It was lovely to see you, Cath and Julie on Monday. Enjoyed our walk, albeit short and sweet. The name of the doggie is Dino, think he quite liked Pearl as well as Cleo. Normally he would take a wide berth if there are any big dogs around. Hope to see you at Bunbury. xx
Enjoyed meeting up with you last Saturday for the Ellesmer Port/Chester walk. Clare enjoyed accompanying you for 7.3 miles (sorry I couldn’t walk with you as well) but I enjoyed my time in the countryside which included getting lost at Morrisons – thanks John for rescuing me. You looked so well and fit Leslie and what tremendous support John is giving you.
Best wishes and all of our love to you both. God bless
